California Junior Champion – Larry Snow III

Larry Snow, III Wins the California Bass Federation Junior Angler State Championship tournament held on 29 May, 2016 at Lake Skinner, California. 

Larry had Big Fish of 3.90 lbs for a total of 7.20 lbs to win the event on Lake Skinner which has a 2 fish, 15″ minimum size limit.  Jackson Paluczak was in 2nd place with 6.60 lbs.  Braden Evans was in 3rd place with 6.10 lbs.  Eleven anglers competed in the State Championship event with each angler qualifying for the event through their respective Junior Angler Clubs.

The top 3 finishers each won rods donated by Dobyns Rods.  Discount coupons for Dobyns rods were also handed out to competitors as well as tackle donated by local tackle shop Last Chance Tackle in Hemet, CA.  These were handed out at the picnic and awards ceremony following the the tournament.
