Region 3 held its third tournament of the year at Lake Oroville. They were greeted with post frontal conditions, a winter full moon, rapidly rising 45° muddy water. Oh and 150 teams on the lake on Saturday. Yeah it was a tough bite but rising to the top of the heap were Phil Garcia, Michael O’Neal and Pete Mock. Congratulations guys!
